There are things we go through that never leave our mouths.
Not because they don’t matter, but because we don’t always know how to explain them.
I’ve had moments like that.
Moments where I understood what I was feeling, but couldn’t translate it into words anyone else would understand.
So I stayed quiet.
From the outside, everything looked normal. I showed up. I responded. I moved forward.
But internally, there were things sitting with me.
And I started to realize something:
Silence is not always peace.
Sometimes, it’s weight.
A quiet kind of weight that doesn’t make noise, but stays present.
A lot of people are carrying things like this. Not broken. Not weak. Just holding a lot inside.
Vast Life exists because of that reality.
Not to force people to speak. But to remind them they don’t have to carry everything alone.
Because sometimes, the most powerful thing is not having all the answers,
It’s simply being understood, even without saying much.
